The previous 2 were less than encouraging, so I have low expectations. This is my podiatrist, treating me for foot pain that has prevented me from hiking for many months now. I have seen some improvement, but still discouraged. His name is Frederick Kruger, which is probably a sign.
After meeting with my cardiologist this morning, I am now convinced that I have chest pain and problems that I never felt before. This appears to be psychosomatic. They asked if I h ave chest pain t hat increases with exercise, and I don’t think I do. I did cardio this morning with the trainer and felt fine, so I probably won’t die until tomorrow. But I am convinced my foot is fucked and I have to live with pain forever.

Shit dude. I hope Freddie Kruger slipped in a coupe of jokes about his name.

Chronic pain is grossly under appreciated for how awful it is. I am very thankful I don’t experience anything like it yet. I hope you can find something that gives you some relief soon . Have you considered CBD products? They’ve worked wonders for my grandpa, and he doesn’t like the feeling of being ‘loopy’ or high

I find it’s better to ignore doctors and engage in my own personal 5 pillars of health: diet / exercise / stress / sleep / passion. Keep all of them in check and you’ll be fine, barring something catastrophic . Most long term problems are likely a result of one or more of them being out of order.

You shouldn’t have to live with pain forever.
Check out some pain support groups and pain management service.
My mother's fibromyalgia mean't she was in constant pain, but she used a mix of medication and techniques to reduce it or make it more bareable.
